How Is Age Calculated in Theory?
Chronological age is the difference between two dates. The standard method subtracts the birth date from the target date. First, the year difference is calculated, then months and days are adjusted for negative values. If the birth day exceeds the target day, one month is borrowed and the days are recalculated based on the previous month's length. The same principle applies to months. For total time units, the absolute difference in milliseconds is divided by the corresponding number of milliseconds per unit (day, hour, minute, second).
This method accounts for different month lengths and leap years, providing the most accurate representation of your age at any given moment.
